Why Vaser Lipo Is Better Than Traditional Liposuction

One of the most common ways of getting rid of fat has been the traditional liposuction. This method has been very effective for the millions of persons who have used it. Over the last few with the advent of newer technologies, traditional liposuction has been in competition with a newer and faster way of liposuction known as the Vaser liposuction.

In the traditional way of liposuction a tool called cannula is used to break the fat that is present in the areas being treated. The instrument was moved back and forth beneath the skin to eradicate the fat cells but many a times this back and forth motion not only killed the fat cells but also disturbed the blood vessels that were present nearby and thereby causing a lot of trauma to the tissues.

With Vasar Lipo the cannula sends out ultrasound waves that are responsible for liquefying the fat cells which is then suctioned away.

People who have undergone the trasitonal way of liposuction have often complained of pain as an outcome of their treatment and some have also complained about the pain being so so severe that it felt like they were hit by a truck. Another very common side effect of the traditional liposuction treatment was that patients complained of a lot of blood loss as a result of the treatment and the skin from wherever the fat was removed was no longer tight and left baggy patches or loose skin that looked very ugly.

Vaser

is a new kind of liposuction technique that was developed keeping in mind the fast achievable results that patients seeking to reduce fat are looking for. Unlike its earlier counterpart this treatment has lesser number of side effects but is far more effective in showing results in a much faster time. The Vaser treatment also offers skin tightening after the treatment and does not leave ugly patches of loose skin on the body. The amount of blood loss that the body has to go through after a Vaser treatment is said to be 26% lesser than what a patient had to undergo after a traditional liposuction treatment.
